Ansvarsområden

  • Forecast demand for products and materials.
  • Develop and implement inventory management plans.
  • Manage product lines and regions independently.
  • Lead projects within the department independently.
  • Influence others without authority.
  • Facilitate resolution of opposing ideas or objectives.
  • Build and manage strategic working relationships.

Krav

  • BS/BSE degree in business, supply chain, or related discipline.
  • 1 year of experience or previous relevant working experience through internships.
  • Competence in manufacturing processes.
  • Basic Project Management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes related to the supply chain.
  • Good computer skills related to ERP technologies.
  • Develop expertise in required disciplines (e.g., Excel, Oracle, Agile, APS, Rapid Response, Kinaxis).
  • Ability to work positively with the supply base and internal organizations to drive collaborative supply chain solutions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Create a continuous learning and developing environment.
