Electrolux Group is seeking a Material Planning Specialist in Wrocław, Poland to ensure uninterrupted component availability for production while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supplier relationships. This full-time, on-site role involves managing inventory, supporting production planning, coordinating supply activities, driving process improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage inventory levels, balancing costs and production needs, and overseeing obsolete/slow-moving materials.
  • Support production planning with accurate material availability information and risk assessment.
  • Manage purchase orders for production materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate supply activities for timely and accurate material delivery.
  • Drive process improvements in supply and inventory management to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on inventory, supply performance, costs, and production risks.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Procurement, and Controlling teams.
  • Prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactively solve problems related to material shortages, delivery disruptions, and quality issues.

Krav

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, specifically in material planning.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
