Emerson is seeking a Material Handler III Receiving in Olive Branch, MS. This full-time, on-site role involves operating powered equipment like reach trucks and pallet jacks for stocking, replenishing, and picking orders. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, forklift certification, previous warehouse experience, and the ability to lift over 50 lbs.

Ansvarsområden

Move product within the warehouse using motorized equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, order selectors, or reach lifts.
Stock incoming items, replenish flow racks, and pick orders using RF equipment.
Create cartons and labels prior to shipping.
Maintain productivity minimum standards with a sense of urgency.
Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Replenish orders as necessary to support the operation.
Supply cardboard boxes and bags for departments.
Maintain safe actions on and off equipment in compliance with all safety rules/regulations.
Meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements.
Perform necessary housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment.
Other duties as assigned.

Krav

High School diploma or GED
Prior forklift certification with 6 months previous warehouse experience.
Previous shipping/receiving/material handling experience.
Ability to operate a forklift in a safe manner.
Able to lift parts weighing more than 50 pounds (assistance when needed) and to work in bending, squatting, and standing positions for prolonged periods of time.
Occasionally reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, banding, stretching, bending, and standing frequently.
Must be able to work quickly meeting productivity and quality standards.
Must pass forklift certifications and requirements to operate forklifts.
Must pass a non-DOT physical exam.
Legally authorized to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided.
Ability to work overtime when necessary.
