I korthet

As a Master Data Specialist in Aalborg, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining item master data, collaborating closely with R&D, Engineering & Supply, and Service departments. This role requires experience with PLM/ERP systems and a structured, analytical mindset to ensure data accuracy and process improvement.

Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate master data-related activities through development projects with stakeholders in supply chain, factories, and engineering functions in Aalborg, Nijmegen, and Qingdao.
  • Facilitate decision-making for unclear master data attributes and ensure supply chain preparedness for changes.
  • Create new items as part of the Engineering Change process for NPD and EPD projects.
  • Govern master data processes within Team Center and ERP, ensuring compliance and correct decision-making powers.
  • Ensure item creation and implementation align with demands/setup in PLM/ERP systems (Team Center, Axapta, Pulse & Magic – D365).
  • Focus on continuous improvement within the item creation process.
  • Act as a key stakeholder for CAD work, ensuring the creation of correct master data.

Krav

  • Experience with PLM / ERP systems.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
