Ericsson Inc. is looking for a Marketing & Events Intern in Plano, Texas, to gain hands-on experience in event planning, execution, marketing operations, and analytics. This 12-week full-time internship requires active enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program and familiarity with AI tools.

Ansvarsområden

Support the planning and coordination of in-person and virtual events, including executive briefings, customer workshops, trade shows, and internal events.
Assist in managing event logistics such as vendor coordination, venue preparation, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.
Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing budgets, processes, project calendars, and operational workflows.
Support cross-team coordination to ensure consistent alignment across marketing and events.
Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and internal communications.
Collect and analyze data on event attendance, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Support tracking of marketing metrics and campaign impact in collaboration with analytics and operations teams.

Krav

Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelors or Master’s (preferred) program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.
Familiarity and use of AI and experience using AI automated workflows.
Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
Available for a full-time internship for 12 weeks & beyond.
Actively enrolled in an accredited university program on a full-time basis.

Interest in technology and telecommunications sectors is a plus.
