Electrolux is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for their 1st shift Assembly team in Springfield, TN. This role involves providing leadership for daily continuous improvements, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals are met, and engaging/developing team members. A Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience, along with prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, is required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide leadership and direction to an assigned team.
  • Focus on daily continuous improvements and team processes to deliver key performance indicators.
  • Drive employee engagement and development.
  • Ensure safety, quality, cost, and customer delivery goals are achieved.
  • Engage and develop team members through utilization of skills matrix and coaching.
  • Own and develop JDS and Skills matrix and create a positive work environment.
  • Ensure effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures, and accurate timecard inputs.
  • Support the Electrolux Management System and implement continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
  • Lead line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving, and ensure labor map adherence.
  • Support autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.

Krav

  • Bachelor degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings.
  • Ability to write detailed reports.
  • Well-versed in process improvement methodologies.
  • Lead and participate in root cause analysis.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Prior experience in Material Flow, Welding, Enamel Stamping or Robotics is preferred.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
