Electrolux is looking for a full-time Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd Shift in Springfield, TN. This role involves leading a team to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals through continuous improvement, employee engagement, and development. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience are preferred.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide leadership and direction to an assigned team.
  • Focus on daily continuous improvements and team processes to deliver key performance indicators.
  • Drive employee engagement and development.
  • Ensure achievement of Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery goals.
  • Engage and develop team members through utilization of Skills matrix and coaching skills.
  • Own and develop JDS and Skills matrix and create a positive work environment.
  • Ensure effective performance evaluations, counseling measures, and accurate timecard inputs.
  • Support the Electrolux Management System and implement continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
  • Lead line balancing, time studies, SMED, and problem-solving.
  • Ensure labor map adherence.
  • Support autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.

Krav

  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in operations within high-volume.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed reports.
  • Well-versed in process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and participate in root cause analysis.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Ability to speak Spanish, a plus.
