Electrolux is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 1st shift in Springfield, TN. This role involves leading a team to achieve daily continuous improvements, safety, quality, cost, and customer delivery goals. The ideal candidate will foster employee engagement and development through coaching and utilization of skills matrix.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide leadership and direction to an assigned team.
  • Focus on daily continuous improvements and team processes to deliver key performance indicators.
  • Drive employee engagement and development.
  • Ensure all Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery goals are achieved.
  • Engage and develop team members through utilization of Skills matrix and coaching skills.
  • Own and develop JDS and Skills matrix, creating a positive work environment with open communication.
  • Ensure effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures, and accurate timecard inputs.
  • Support the Electrolux Management System and implement continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
  • Lead line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving, and ensure labor map adherence.
  • Support autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings.
  • Ability to write detailed reports.
  • Well-versed in process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Prior experience in Material Flow, Welding, Enamel Stamping or Robotics is preferred.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
