Electrolux seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 1st Shift in Springfield, TN. This role provides leadership to a team, focusing on daily continuous improvements and processes to meet key performance indicators. The supervisor will ensure safety, quality, cost, and customer delivery goals are achieved, while engaging and developing team members.
Ansvarsområden
- Provide leadership and direction to an assigned team.
- Focus on daily continuous improvements and team processes to deliver key performance indicators.
- Drive employee engagement and development.
- Ensure all Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery goals are achieved.
- Engage and develop team members through utilization of Skills matrix and coaching skills.
- Own and develop JDS and Skills matrix and create a positive work environment, fostering open communication and dialogue.
- Ensure effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures, and accurate and timely timecard inputs.
- Support the Electrolux Management System and implement continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
- Lead line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving and ensure labor map adherence.
- Support autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed reports.
- Well-versed in process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and knowledge in ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Prior experience in Material Flow, Welding, Enamel Stamping or Robotics is preferred.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
