I korthet

As a Manufacturing Lead at Qualcomm in Singapore, you will be responsible for planning and analyzing WIP, resources, and activities to ensure line continuity and meet OTD (On-Time Delivery) goals. You will also coordinate with planners to maximize line utilization, implement effective work methodologies for high-quality output, and minimize scraps and mishandling in collaboration with the engineering team. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a minimum Diploma/Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering and experience in high-volume electronics production.

Ansvarsområden

  • Plan and analyze WIP, resources, and activities to ensure line continuity.
  • Effective line management and lot movement to meet OTD.
  • Coordinate with planner in production schedule to maximize line utilization.
  • Implement effective work methodologies to ensure consistently high-quality output and productivity.
  • Effective execution of assigned WI, SOP and target with the engineering team.
  • Minimize scraps and mishandling in the line together with Engineers.
  • Establish cross-training plans and proper certifications and re-certifications for respective team.
  • Manage shift manpower and achieve turnover target.
  • Compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standard and cleanroom protocol.

Krav

  • Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semi-conductor industry.
  • Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experienced with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word.
  • Process and equipment knowledge.
  • Systematic troubleshooting skill in problem solving (FMEA, SPC, Control Plan).
  • Strong leadership skill.
  • Planning and organizing skill.
  • Effective coaching and communication skills.
