Ansvarsområden

Support daily manufacturing operations by assisting with production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to monitor performance, analyze data, identify process inefficiencies, and help implement solutions.
Prepare reports, conduct process observations, and support projects.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Krav

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Interest or hands-on experience in manufacturing processes is appreciated.
Knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
