Your role
As a Manufacturing Generalist, your mission is to support assembly and paint operations by performing a variety of hands‑on tasks across manufacturing, ensuring compressors and components are prepared, assembled, and processed efficiently. You will report to the Package Manufacturing Supervisor.
You will
Perform mechanical assembly, disassembly, and support compressor testing activities across manufacturing areas
Prepare parts for painting, including cleaning, deburring, and media blasting
Support material handling and logistics operations throughout the manufacturing floor
Assist with maintenance activities and piping fit‑up while working with tools and equipment such as cranes and fork trucks
Collaborate with assembly, paint, and logistics teams to meet production schedules and safety requirements
Work first shift: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm

You have 0–2 years of experience working in manufacturing, mechanical, or a similar hands‑on environment.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow schedules and instructions
Prior manufacturing or shop experience (preferred)
Fork truck experience (preferred)
Basic computer skills (preferred)
