Your role

Here in our PC we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer willing to take part to the implementation ofnew Manufacturing workflow methods.Why do we need new methods? Our aim is to adhere to Lean best practice with the goal of further improve the workplace efficiency of our Production environment. Your activities will include production time estimation, layout design, KPI monitoring, 5S and process audits, automation assessments, and supporting new product introductions.   Are you struggling for a job with a lot of variety? What you will deal with in this role

  • Estimate production times, Define Balancing and ideal mix
  • Define production Line Layouts according to Lean Manufacturing Concepts
  • Create, Update and Follow up assembly Work Instructions
  • Train and Support operators
  • Prepares and maintains records in accordance with regulations and company procedures
  • Work with Engineering Team to identify and implement Process Improvements and best practicesthrough 5S and lean principles
  • Optimization of flows for arrival of materials from warehous to production.

To succeed, you will need

  • A degree in Engineering and/or 3-5 years of experience in Lean-oriented manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on experience applying Lean principles and strong attention to safety, quality, ergonomics, and efficiency.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a challenging enviroment and engage directly with the shop floor when needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English.
  • Integrity, reliability, and a drive for continuous improvement and sustainability.
  • Eye for details and do not shy away from rolling up your sleeves and getting involved whenever necessary
  • Energy and passion for optimization in Production environment

At our company we have more than 25 years of experience in developing condensate management solutions and since three years we are part of the Atlas Copco Group.

We are based in Italy, in the vicinity of Cuneo, in the region of Langhe and close to the magnificent Alps.
