Ansvarsområden
- Master and document the entire manufacturing process, including assembly, testing, and packing.
- Provide immediate and effective technical support to the production team, resolving complex manufacturing problems.
- Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of automation and IIoT solutions.
- Assist the Production Manager in daily operational management and ensuring production targets are met.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrable experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both Oral and Written English.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Experience working with production operators, maintenance teams, Quality and supply chain.
- Experience driving initiatives to advance the factory towards Industry 4.0 standards.
