Ansvarsområden
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
- Support daily production operations by resolving technical and process-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologies.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction and industrialization activities.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to quality and production challenges.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Participate in capacity planning, layout improvements, and production line optimization.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support process improvements and operational reliability.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives by improving resource efficiency, reducing emissions, and minimizing material waste.
- Support digitalization and smart manufacturing initiatives where applicable.
- Prioritize safety, adhere to safety policies and procedures, and promote safe practices.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of quality standards and process improvement methods.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing-related systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with automation, digital manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving tools.
- Experience in assembly, machining, welding, or process manufacturing environments.
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
