Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for their China Graduate program in Tianjin. This role focuses on process improvement, automation, robotics, digitalization, and lean manufacturing principles. A Bachelor's degree in mechanical, automation, or a related industrial major is required, along with fluency in English.

Ansvarsområden

  • Process improvement, focusing on automation, robotics, digitalization, and poke-yoke.
  • Take over and manage Scroll/RV process improvement and problem-solving.
  • Create job qualifications for operators, provide training, and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Create and maintain production BOM and Routing in SAP.
  • Improve production costs through process and work time optimization using LEAN thinking and achieving CC7 targets.
  • Ensure production readiness for product transfers and new project launches (PFC, PFMEA, Tooling development, Layout definition, documentation).
  • Analyze and improve quality issues arising from customer complaints.
  • Participate in Kaizen, VTPS, QRQC, and other improvement activities.
  • Participate in SBO activities to identify and improve safety risks in both shopfloor and office environments.
  • Lead and organize internal and external meetings related to process technology.
  • Operate, maintain, and monitor the MES system for real-time status.
  • Execute CIP work, such as material layout improvement, for leaner feeding.
  • Achieve data interaction and functional integration between MES, ERP, and automated equipment systems.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, automation, or a related industrial major.
  • Automatic graduation project is mandatory.
  • Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skills.
  • Fluent in both written and oral English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 985/211 university is a plus.
  • Good score in the whole university period.
