Amazon North America (NA) is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain to join their Relay Operations Center (ROC) Disruption Management (DM) team. This role involves managing daily operations, tracking KPIs, managing large teams, and driving process improvements within the middle mile transportation network.

Ansvarsområden

Track KPIs and maintain SLAs on a day-to-day basis.
Perform audits and deep dives, presenting results to senior leadership.
Manage shift schedules, timesheet compliance, and overtime.
Lead large teams (150+) and manage associates, supervisors, and training programs.
Communicate standard work changes and drive compliance.
Execute vision and goals for the DM team.
Collaborate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to influence and execute goals.
Own, track, and escalate network issues for resolution.
Determine corrective actions internally and externally.
Coach and develop associates, supervisors, and managers on career paths.
Identify improvement opportunities and gaps in existing processes.
Identify new processes to transition to Hyderabad, hire associates, and coordinate training.

Krav

5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
5+ years of team management experience.
5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience.
5+ years of program or project management experience.
2+ years of supply chain experience.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions.
Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and developing actionable data-driven business recommendations.
Experience managing large teams across multiple locations and languages.
Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
9-10 years successful experience in Operations Management in a Customer Service/ Supply Chain Mgmt / Transport Operations / Contact center environment.
Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree in operations research, applied mathematics, theoretical computer science, or equivalent, or a Master's degree and experience implementing pragmatic operations solutions to solve problems such as the scheduling, routing, assignment, facility location, or lot-sizing problem.
Project Management experience preferred.
