I korthet

We are looking for a forward-thinking leader to manage a team of project managers for New Generation Power & Datacenter Solutions. This role involves leading a team to deliver engineered Ovation™ control system solutions for power plants and datacenters, mentoring talent, and driving execution. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in project execution or engineering, strong project management principles, and the ability to guide teams in manufacturing or engineering organizations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of project management professionals to deliver high-quality project outcomes focused on new generation and datacenter projects.
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with financial, schedule, and performance targets.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize project plans, including resource planning and staffing strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external partners, to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, analyze project challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Partner with sales and business development teams to support proposals and project pursuits.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction and delivery excellence.
  • Provide regular forecasts and insights related to sales, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of new solutions, services, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote best practices to enhance project management processes and organizational efficiency.

Krav

  • BS degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in project execution or engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide teams and strategies successfully in manufacturing or engineering organizations.
  • Strong understanding of project management and engineering principles.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Project management certification (PMP®, PgMP®, or similar certification) or equivalent hands-on application of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience with industrial automation, integrated hardware/software systems, or engineered solutions.
  • Familiarity with Emerson Ovation™ systems or other Distributed Control System (DCS)/Programable Logic Controller (PLC) platforms.
  • Exposure to structured project management methodologies (PMI-based, Agile, or hybrid) in customer-facing environments.
  • Experience in power generation, datacenters, or other critical infrastructure environments.
