The Audits and Insights team is looking for a QA & Training Manager III to lead Quality, Dispute, and Training Programs. This senior leadership role will drive a Zero Defect culture, analyze data for improvement initiatives, and manage a large-scale audit organization. Experience in program management, audit, risk management, and team leadership is required.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead the QA, Dispute and Training function in AIT
- Drive a Zero Defect culture by managing process adherence and ensuring implementation of controls
- Conduct 5 Whys Analysis/ Fish Bone Analysis to identify error root causes and trends
- Analyze historical data to build quality improvement initiatives and drive strategies across the Org
- Liaise with Audit Operations to calibrate on QA results and implement best practices
- Monitor and report on Quality, Dispute and Training metrics
- Embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace
- Lead a large-scale audit organization, including managers and senior auditors
- Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives
- Establish governance frameworks and quality assurance programs
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
- Influence policy decisions and strategic direction at an organizational level
- Monitor and analyze audit metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
Krav
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in audit or risk management roles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Master's degree preferred
- Professional certification such as PMP, CIA, or CISA is highly desirable
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- 7+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 5+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
