- Develop routines, build competence, and strengthen ways of working to improve quality, efficiency, and flexibility.
- Support the Director Engineering in developing the organization and strengthening collaboration.
- Oversee the development and optimization of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, painting, testing, logistics).
Krav
- Technical university degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering or a related area within industry.
- Proven leadership experience and a strong interest in people development.
- Analytical, structured, and self-driven way of working.
- Ability to drive change and improvement in a collaborative environment.
