As a Manager III, Software Development, Trust CX Innovations, you will lead engineering teams in building scalable, trustworthy AI experiences. Your focus will be on architectural decisions for privacy-preserving AI, responsible AI frameworks, and accessibility, while also defining technical strategy and growing engineering leaders.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead multiple engineering teams building foundational systems and consumer-facing features for trustworthy AI experiences at scale.
  • Own architectural decisions across privacy-preserving AI, responsible AI frameworks, and accessibility.
  • Define and drive the technical strategy for privacy-preserving architectures (e.g., federated learning, differential privacy, on-device processing).
  • Build and scale teams developing AI evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails for large language models, and observability systems.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Legal, Policy, and Research teams to align priorities and drive adoption of responsible AI standards.
  • Grow engineering leaders and create an inclusive team environment.
  • Review operational metrics and system health dashboards.
  • Collaborate with partner teams on roadmap alignment and trade-off discussions.
  • Provide feedback on technical documents.
  • Prepare narratives for planning reviews.

Krav

  • 3+ years of engineering team management experience
  • 8+ years of engineering experience
  • 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle (coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, livesite operations)
  • Experience partnering with product or program management teams
  • Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability and scaling)

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
