I korthet

As Manager III, Compliance Operations, you will lead a Bangalore-based team of 65 to establish critical operational foundations for tax compliance, ensuring SLAs and accuracy goals are met. You will also drive automation and process optimization using AI to improve team productivity and address operational gaps.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure Operations meet SLAs and accuracy goals.
  • Automate and optimize processes to improve team productivity and accuracy.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring policy compliance across all critical processes.
  • Challenge the status quo and simplify processes for your team and Selling Partners.
  • Work with Tech teams and 3P de-risking managers to drive automation.
  • Coach and develop team members.

Krav

  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience building and leading large teams and have worked in matrixed operating structures
  • Experience automating complex operations processes to increase productivity.
  • Experience simplifying Operations processes to improve the Sellers' experience.
