Ansvarsområden

  • Build, lead, and develop a team of auditors, SMEs, and program managers, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and career growth.
  • Own catalog quality programs, setting priorities across competing initiatives and allocating team capacity to the highest impact work.
  • Establish operating mechanisms, standards, and roadmaps to ensure programs deliver measurable business and operational outcomes.
  • Drive quantitative, data-oriented decision-making and champion technology solutions and process improvements.
  • Communicate program progress, risks, and results to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
  • Identify systemic gaps across process areas and mobilize teams and stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Serve as an escalation point and senior partner for various internal teams.
  • Ensure effective risk controls are developed and maintained across programs.
  • Develop and influence new ideas, establishing procedures and practices for scalable solutions.

Krav

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of delivering cross-functional projects.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • 5+ years of team management experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries.
