Manage the Relay Operations Center (ROC) for Amazon's EU transportation network, ensuring timely and efficient freight movement. This role involves tactical problem-solving, network monitoring, data analysis, and driving process improvements to streamline operations and achieve KPIs.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage a shift, identifying opportunities for team performance improvement and leading change management.
  • Develop and use performance metrics to drive team performance and business results.
  • Identify business impact of trends and make data-backed decisions.
  • Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Escalate problems or variances to relevant owners and follow through on resolutions.
  • Serve as an escalation point for transportation specialists.
  • Own process/business level reports/actions and ensure compliance.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Krav

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) is a plus.
  • Communicate clearly with EU stakeholders in written and oral form.
  • Come up with process improvements and drive them through completion, including owning KPIs.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
