Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and execute Qualcomm's Korea government affairs strategy.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key Korean government agencies and ministries.
  • Monitor, analyze, and influence policy developments in areas like Data Centers, AI Infrastructure, Physical AI, Robotics, Semiconductors, and Intellectual Property.
  • Represent Qualcomm in industry associations, public consultations, and government forums.
  • Support Qualcomm's engagement on policies impacting AI infrastructure deployment and data center investment.
  • Promote technology-neutral policies and partner with government stakeholders on national AI infrastructure initiatives.
  • Advance Qualcomm's position as a key technology enabler for Korea's physical AI ambitions, including robotics and intelligent edge solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage national technology initiatives and support executive-level engagements.
  • Serve as the primary Korea government affairs liaison to Qualcomm business units and collaborate with various internal teams.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on policy risks, opportunities, and stakeholder dynamics.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, International Relations, Law, Political Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, regulatory affairs, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Korean government and policy-making environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence policy outcomes and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Government Affairs, Business, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Engineering, Legal, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Government Affairs, Communications, Industry Associations, or related work experience.
