We are seeking a FinOps Business Partner to join our Finance Operations team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves partnering with business teams, driving process improvements, and developing scalable technology solutions to support business growth, with a strong focus on controllership and compliance.

Ansvarsområden

  • Partner with business teams as a core member representing Finance Operations for process launches and business expansions.
  • Develop stakeholder relationships and resolve business issues impacting finance operations.
  • Work with technology teams to innovate and develop scalable technology solutions.
  • Understand business models and finance processes, ensuring controllership and compliance.
  • Build processes, standard operating procedures, and policies with a focus on controllership and compliance.
  • Liaise with Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams and translate business requirements into design specifications.

Krav

  • 6+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical field experience.
  • 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience.
  • 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
  • 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
  • 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, root cause analysis, and implementing escalation plans.
  • Experience working with Excel, reporting tools, and large-scale data mining tools like Power BI, Python, or SQL.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of one or multiple accounting frameworks (US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP) and their application in daily financial activities.
