Mastercam seeks a Manager of Digital Systems in Pune, India, to lead and develop local Digital Systems resources supporting business systems, digital platforms, and integrations. This role focuses on day-to-day leadership, coordination, and partnering with global teams to drive successful technology initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Digital Systems team members across business systems, digital platforms, and enterprise integrations.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and career development plans.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and development discussions.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce development efforts.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
  • Serve as the primary local manager for India-based Digital Systems team members.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Digital Systems leaders to align resources against strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate project delivery, sprint execution, resource allocation, capacity planning, and production support activities.
  • Monitor delivery metrics, team workload, and project health to proactively identify risks and remove obstacles.
  • Ensure enhancement requests, defects, incidents, and technical debt are appropriately prioritized and addressed.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and execution across the broader Digital Systems organization.
  • Facilitate communication between India-based teams and global leadership.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
  • Help establish consistent development, integration, and support practices across all Digital Systems teams.
  • Integrate an acquired company into Mastercam per Sandvik's program and processes.
  • Take broader BA wide responsibilities under Sandvik's compliance program and locally for the Hub and other local businesses.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, enterprise systems, digital platforms, integrations, or related technology disciplines.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies and software delivery processes.
  • Experience supporting enterprise business systems, customer-facing digital platforms, or integration technologies.
  • Demonstrated success managing both project delivery and production support responsibilities.
  • Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams across multiple technology domains and business functions.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools or automation to improve productivity and operational effectiveness, or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and apply such technologies at scale.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Salesforce, MuleSoft, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications a plus.
  • Above average communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide accurate and timely information in a succinct and easy to understand manner.
  • Proven time management skills and a track record of working in a team environment successfully supporting others.
  • Well-organized, attention to detail and able to multi-task.
  • Problem solving and analysis skills.
