As Manager, Critical Infrastructure, Healthcare & Education in Switzerland, you will lead a strategic industry portfolio, focusing on critical national infrastructure and healthcare customers. This role requires deep expertise in regulated industries, C-level engagement, and people leadership to drive digital transformation and business growth.

Ansvarsområden

  • Deliver business growth by leading and empowering account teams and executing Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Accelerate customer satisfaction and manage executive engagements with C-level decision makers.
  • Establish Microsoft as a market leader, maximize customer spend, and achieve targets (billed revenue, consumption, adoption).
  • Lead cross-organizational partnerships to achieve business value for customers and results for Microsoft.
  • Empower and hold accountable your team through modeling, coaching, and care.
  • Develop, empower, and transform your team by hiring, retaining, and developing talent to meet industry and customer needs.
  • Apply industry and market expertise to identify solutions and drive new opportunities aligned with customer needs.
  • Develop industry-specific capabilities and expertise in local trade, regulatory, and policy environments to remove barriers for sales teams, partners, and customers.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience within regulated industries in Switzerland, particularly Critical Infrastructure, Healthcare, and Education.
  • Solid people leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams and developing talent.
  • Experience leading effectively across a complex matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic enterprise accounts and executive customer relationships.
  • Experience leading cloud, security, data, and AI transformation initiatives.
  • Fluency in German.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Fluency in French.

Förmåner

  • Base pay range: CHF 231,600.00 - CHF 470,000.00 per year.
  • Eligibility for benefits and other compensation.
