As a Manager, Account Management for Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), you will lead a team of Account Managers to drive business growth and ensure Selling Partner satisfaction. This role focuses on managing strategic joint business plans, collaborating with Selling Partners, and optimizing product lines through internal team coordination. The ideal candidate is a people leader with experience in data analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead a team of Account Managers, prioritizing strategic initiatives and providing escalation support.
  • Manage end-to-end goal setting for the team to align with organizational goals.
  • Build relationships with Selling Partners, proactively developing joint business plan action items, and acting as a point of escalation.
  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding Selling Partner business needs.
  • Lead recruiting and hiring efforts for the direct team and broader organization.
  • Manage Selling Partner needs and monitor complexity through efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor Selling Partner satisfaction survey results to analyze feedback trends and establish improvement plans.

Krav

  • 5+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of team management experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of mentoring, leading, and coaching experience.
