I korthet

Accenture is seeking experienced consultants for its growing Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice in Canberra and Perth. This role focuses on helping organisations navigate complex transformation and deliver meaningful change, particularly in areas like change management, HR transformation, and workforce strategy.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design and deliver people-centric transformation programs.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and training initiatives.
  • Support workforce and organisational transformation.
  • Help clients embed sustainable change and realise the value of transformation.

Krav

  • Consulting experience or experience delivering complex transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience across government, Defence or large enterprise organisations is highly regarded.
  • Defence experience and/or an Australian Government Security Clearance are beneficial but not essential.
