Accenture is seeking an experienced Finance Strategy and/or Management Consulting Manager or Senior Manager for their practice in Sweden. You will lead finance transformations, focusing on AI-driven solutions, operating model design, platform modernization, and business development. This role requires deep finance expertise, client relationship management, and team leadership.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design finance operating models and GBS/shared service centers.
  • Lead ERP and finance application modernization programs.
  • Redesign end-to-end finance processes and build high-performance F&A capabilities.
  • Design and implement GenAI and agentic automation in finance operations.
  • Implement AI-driven forecasting and scenario modelling for enterprise performance management.
  • Originate and lead proposals, build CFO-level relationships, and shape the Finance practice.
  • Identify and realize measurable financial outcomes through transformation programs.

Krav

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering with excellent academic performance.
  • 5+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) of strategy/management consulting experience related to the CFO Agenda (e.g., finance transformation, GBS design, EPM, finance operating model/platform transformation), ideally from a Big Four or comparable consultancy.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and workstreams, managing senior client stakeholders, and contributing to business development, proposals, and sales.
  • Experience working with AI and digital tools in finance or consulting (GenAI, agentic automation, data analytics).
  • Experience from diverse projects and cross-functional teams across industries.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (written and oral presentations).
