Who you are:

  • Develop and coordinate the Make Department. Responsible for securing Make Department meets short-term to long-term goals and customer expectations. Actively work with operational interfaces, communicate and coordinate.

 

About the job:

  • Responsible for the performance and output of the unit, including financial KPIs.
  • Work together with BHE factory management team to achieve factory’s KPI target.
  • Set and follow up targets for the unit, connecting to factory targets and break down to cell level.
  • Responsible for team’s:Safety  Quality  Delivery  Cost
  • Secure ALPS Implementation, including Lean Six Sigma.
  • Secure Standardized work & SOP are approved and followed
  • Understand and deal with the real problems of the production by being present at Gemba.
  • Drive and lead Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement activities, and secure the result.
  • Lead the teams to create the culture of the continuous improvement in the manufacturing and help people to grow.
  • Develop people both white collars and blue collars in the Make Department.
  • Implement ISO, ASME, PED, UL, KHK management system in the workshop.
  • Participate in making Factory Operational Plan and implementation.
  • Setup and maintain BCM(business continuity management) within unit
  • Make costing update for the unit and control cost accordingly.
  • Support new product development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD).
  • Support projects related to Make.
  • Other tasks assigned by direct manager

What you know:

  • Bachelor’s degree of above, major in mechanics, engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant Leadership and management skills
  • 3-5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company
  • Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, Project work experience
  • Project management experience
  • Fluent English
