As a Maintenance Technician in Kunshan, China, you will be responsible for the effective maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth production. This role involves daily inspections, breakdown repairs, assisting with installations, and managing spare parts, requiring 5+ years of experience and knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Ansvarsområden

Work closely with colleagues and engineers to perform assigned tasks.
Perform daily inspections and record activities in a log, including initial data analysis.
Conduct breakdown maintenance, ensuring product quality and safety standards are met post-recovery.
Participate in PM and improvement actions on equipment.
Assist in new equipment installation and trial runs.
Manage spare parts and update sketches/drawings.
Cooperate with external suppliers as instructed by the line manager.
Maintain 5S and comply with company safety regulations.
Participate in multi-skilling training and apply new competencies as needed.
Able to work shifts.

Krav

5+ years of working experience in equipment mechanical maintenance.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Skillfully operate all kinds of manual and electrical tools.
Strong independent working ability and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
Ability to operate machining equipment, e.g., lathe and milling machine.
Possession of a low-voltage electrician certificate.
