As a Maintenance Operator at Alstom in Sofia, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the Coradia train fleet, ensuring its reliability. Your role involves self-inspections, detecting and fixing defects, and working with technical documentation and specialized tools.
Ansvarsområden
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the Coradia train fleet.
- Conduct self-inspections and maintenance sub-processes.
- Detect and fix train defects.
- Follow operating instructions and complete/sign self-inspections.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on TEM components and subassemblies.
- Ensure accuracy of documents and provide information during shifts.
- Use tools and specialized devices in the maintenance process.
- Operate approved metrology devices and testers.
- Utilize up-to-date and approved technical documentation.
- Execute work within established deadlines.
- Complete and sign records/measurement records.
- Adhere to EHS procedures and workplace safety protocols.
- Participate in maintaining cleanliness in the unit’s premises.
- Proactively suggest improvements to train maintenance.
Krav
- Technical medium-level education.
- Knowledge in the areas of mechanics or locksmith work.
- Familiarity with similar industrial activities.
- Adherence to company’s EHS procedures and workplace safety protocols.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in rolling stock maintenance is an advantage.
- Additional certifications, such as working with numerical control lathes, other equipment, welding, or locomotive mechanics, are appreciated and useful.
