Sandvik Mining is looking for a Maintenance Leader for Drill & SOLO at their SK Mines in Rajsamand, India. This role involves supervising maintenance teams, managing customer contracts, ensuring quality and safety, and requires a Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering with over 9 years of experience in underground metal mining.

Ansvarsområden

  • Supervises direct reports at a single customer site and handles invoicing for that customer.
  • Manages equipment maintenance, provides technical support, and oversees the team budget for efficient operations and profitability.
  • Collaborates with planning functions, produces key performance reports, and utilizes data analysis for operational efficiency.
  • Manages inventory, establishes quality assurance processes, and conducts regular inspections.
  • Fosters customer relationships, resolves inquiries, guides the team in service delivery, and improves customer service processes.
  • Sets daily goals for service technicians and support staff, collaborates with higher management to meet team targets, and addresses straightforward issues.
  • Provides individual performance feedback and manages the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, develops safety protocols, conducts staff training, and addresses safety incidents.
  • Executes effective maintenance of Sandvik equipment and schedules associated tasks.

Krav

  • Experience in working with maintenance team for underground metal mining project.
  • Servicing and overhauling of Underground metal mining machines like DRILL.
  • Commissioning service for new machines.
  • Workshop repairs and rebuilds on machines.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • Experience- 9+ years
