Autoliv is seeking a Maintenance Lead Specialist for their Ogden, UT facility. This role involves maintaining and improving electrical infrastructure across industrial manufacturing sites, leading troubleshooting efforts, and mentoring electricians. The ideal candidate will possess a Master Electrician License and hands-on experience with low and medium-voltage systems.
Ansvarsområden
- Maintain and ensure the reliability of electrical systems and infrastructure across industrial manufacturing facilities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical installations, upgrades, and improvement projects in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Lead and support electrical personnel by training, supervising, and mentoring apprentices and electricians while promoting safe work practices.
- Program, monitor, and maintain Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), ensuring safe and efficient operation and integration with facility electrical systems.
Krav
- Valid Master Electrician License and ability to maintain all required certifications and credentials in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining low- and medium-voltage electrical infrastructure in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain reliable electrical systems that support production demands through effective troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
