Tetra Pak is seeking a customer-oriented Maintenance Engineer to join its growing Services Organization in the UK, ideally based near Exeter. This home-based role involves extensive travel for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support to customers, acting as a brand ambassador.
Ansvarsområden
- Travel to customer sites
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
- Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed
- Train customer operators (if required)
- Support production plant efficiency
- Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development
- Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
- Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and promote a safe working culture
- Write a site visit report on completion of the work
Krav
- Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles
- Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering
- Good computer literacy
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to travel as required, potentially at short notice
- Strong level of English (written and verbal)
- A proactive, customer-first mindset
