As a Machine Operator Team Lead, you will coordinate and support the daily work of the team/shift, monitor processes, and act as a link between the team, support functions, and management. This on-site position in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of relevant experience, and strong leadership and technical skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate and support the daily work of the team/shift
  • Monitor processes and performance in the team/shift
  • Act as a link between the team, support functions, and TM
  • Develop and have good knowledge of the key processes and tools within the cell
  • Close competence gaps by training/coaching and running SOP audit dialogues
  • Control of quality, deviations, and line stops together with TM
  • Focus on waste elimination and improvements
  • Drive meetings within cell (shift handover, cell meeting)
  • Conduct daily work as a team member
  • Make and follow up detailed plan for the cell
  • Support team members with immediate problem solving when needed
  • Prioritize safety, regardless of role, and promote safe practices
  • Conduct oneself with professionalism, courtesy, and cooperation
  • Maintain full compliance with all Alfa Laval policies and procedures

Krav

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 year of experience from Alfa Laval production/manufacturing/distribution
  • Training skills
  • Office computer skills
  • Good knowledge of SOPs and processes within the team
  • Basic math skills including the ability to read a tape measure and calipers
  • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints
  • Forklift operation certification preferred
  • Overhead crane experience preferred
  • Ability to coordinate
