We are seeking a full-time Machine Operator II for our 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday) in Richmond. You will be responsible for assembly, quality monitoring, and production record keeping in a manufacturing environment. This role offers competitive pay and benefits, including healthcare and 401(k).

Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct the assembly and value adding of parts.
  • Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
  • Secure accurate daily assembly production records.
  • Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.

Krav

  • High School degree or GED Certificate with relevant experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience from the manufacturing environment like machines, equipment, jig, fixtures, and measuring instruments etc.
  • Able to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders etc.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Crane of forklift certifications, nice to have.
  • Physical factors: Lifting (up to 60lbs), climbing, standing and equipment use.
