Alfa Laval is seeking a full-time Machine Operator II for the 2nd shift in Richmond, operating Sunday-Thursday. Responsibilities include assembly, quality monitoring, and production record keeping, requiring a High School degree and 2-3 years of manufacturing experience. Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct the assembly and value adding of parts.
  • Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
  • Secure accurate daily assembly production records.
  • Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.

Krav

  • High School degree or GED Certificate with relevant experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience from the manufacturing environment like machines, equipment, jig, fixtures, and measuring instruments etc.
  • Able to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders etc.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
