Appleton Electric, an Emerson company, is hiring experienced Machine Operators for its 1st shift in South Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities include operating machines, ensuring quality, and following safety protocols. Previous experience and a high school diploma or GED are required. The pay rate is $25.30 per hour.

Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules
  • Comply with and maintain areas to 5S standards
  • Read and use process sheets, control panels and other relevant quality documents
  • Set-up and operate machine based on work order
  • Maintain machine uptime and ensure quality of castings
  • Perform pre-check forklift inspections
  • Observe all company rules and regulations

Krav

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous machine operator experience
  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods, strength in arms and legs to maneuver castings and patterns
  • Ability to work in a hot environment
  • Understanding the importance of working safety
  • Team player focused on quality
