ABB is seeking a Machine Operator in Beijing, China. This full-time, on-site role involves operating process equipment to convert raw materials into components or finished parts. Responsibilities include machinery set-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, and record-keeping.
Ansvarsområden
- Operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts.
- Execute assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines.
- Operate machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions.
- Perform routine machinery set-up, adjustments, and repairing and fitting simple replacement parts.
- Ensure regular standard maintenance of the equipment, tools set-up, programming activities, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of machinery set-ups, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Keep track of approved, defective units, and final products.
Krav
- Enjoy working with relevant tools and methodologies and the relevant industry/sector market.
- Demonstrate experience in or advanced skills in relevant field.
- Possess enhanced knowledge of specialized software/platforms.
- Passionate about relevant soft skills and relevant soft skills.
- Possess a specific degree, qualification in a specific subject.
- At ease communicating in required language skill(s).
- Hold current required licenses valid in job location and country-specific VISA/work permit where required.
