Emerson RIDGID Products is seeking a Machine Operator for their Orange, Virginia location, filling second (3p-11p) and third (11p-7a) shifts. This role involves operating various conventional and CNC machines, requiring an understanding of machining techniques, materials, and quality standards.

Ansvarsområden

  • Operates conventional and CNC production machines such as winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, welders, etc.
  • Sands, deburrs, etc. as necessary to properly complete the machining operation with the quality required.
  • Must understand material hardness, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, coolant requirements, and machining techniques.

Krav

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines and controls.
  • Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 2 to 4 years of machining experience.
  • Welding knowledge.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
