RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician, Staff in Singapore. This role involves conducting scheduled preventative maintenance, calibration, and conversions, as well as troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues. The position requires a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent, with 4 years of relevant technical experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct PM, calibration, and conversions as defined in the schedule for individual equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues within the scope of responsibility, escalating when necessary.
  • Apply developed knowledge of job skills and procedures across similar equipment to improve performance and standardization.
  • Guide and train new line technicians on equipment maintenance and working procedures.
  • Release equipment to production after PM, conversion, or repair activities, ensuring it is in good working condition and meets safety and quality requirements.
  • Comply with safety standards during machine PM, conversions, repairs, and chemical handling.
  • Ensure all conversion, PM, and repair activities are completed in accordance with procedures and buy-off checklists.
  • Strictly comply with settings defined by process parameter specifications & tolerance.
  • Withdraw spare parts from MPC for machine repairs.
  • Service/repair tooling/jigs/machine parts timely to maintain spare parts availability.

Krav

  • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate.
  • 4 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Possesses technical competencies in his field of study.
  • Ability to work independently, be hands-on and expected to dive into technical details as required.
  • Experience with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power-Point, Excel and Word.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of electroplating and wet processing equipment is preferred.
