Autoliv seeks a Machine Build Advanced Specialist to develop and assemble machinery according to SOW, troubleshoot issues, and manage project execution. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 5 years of experience in machine assembly, and proficiency in SolidWorks, mechanical design, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Ansvarsområden
- Assemble and integrate mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems according to 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and machine specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues through root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions.
- Support machine development, validation, and commissioning activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage project execution activities, including material follow-up, progress reporting, and recovery planning.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, machine drawings, and engineering records.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in machine assembly.
- At least 1 year of experience in equipment or mechanical design within an industrial or automation environment.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (intermediate level or higher).
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical design, pneumatics, electrical and electronic systems.
- Basic understanding of PLC programming and automation technologies.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
- Maintain a valid U.S. Visa and Passport.
