Alfa Laval is looking for a SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Developer in Pune to support and develop enterprise collaboration solutions. The role involves design, development, and customization of SharePoint Online, SPFx (React), and other M365 applications, as well as Azure-based solutions and Power Platform development. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, operational support, and documentation.

Ansvarsområden

Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx and React JS.
Configure and administer SharePoint Online environments.
Implement SharePoint customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
Set up, configure, and customize Microsoft Search.
Work with other Microsoft 365 tools like OneDrive, Stream, Planner.
Develop and maintain Azure-based solutions (Web Apps, APIs, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD).
Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues related to SharePoint and M365 apps.
Provide operational support and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams.
Document configurations, processes, and technical solutions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Krav

Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx (React), Microsoft 365 applications, Azure services, PowerShell, and Power Platform.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
SharePoint Online, React, SPFx (latest) Development.
PowerShell scripting and Azure Services knowledge.
Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability.
Strong customer-centric mindset and service-oriented approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure are a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps deployment processes.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
Azure DevOps and Agile Methodology/SAFe.
