As a Microsoft Senior Logistics Technician, you will manage ticketed work, guide logistics tasks, and ensure accurate inventory balances. Ansvarsområden
- Prioritize and assign ticketed work to technicians.
- Provide guidance on inbound/outbound logistics tasks.
- Ensure accurate inventory balances and asset management.
- Serve as a liaison between Data Center teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Manage the schedule of data-bearing device (DBD) destruction.
- Oversee the fleet management program and vehicle maintenance.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including deliveries and shipments.
- Plan and forecast strategies for space optimization and inventory management.
- Conduct root cause analysis and identify training gaps.
- Facilitate and pilot environmental sustainability and zero waste initiatives.
- Create execution plans to improve satisfaction and performance.
- Run daily safety topic huddles and conduct equipment inspections.
- Develop and implement plans for a clean and organized workspace using 5S methodology.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and non-RMA warranty processes.
- Process failed vendor hardware devices and manage manual return processes.
- Plan and prepare for large-scale replacement projects.
Krav
- High School Diploma AND 2+ year(s) experience warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
- Requires verification of citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
- 4+ years experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, IT, and/or logistics, operating heavy-load movement equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jacks, chassis lifts) for a large corporation OR equivalent experience (Preferred).

- Experience with forklift, pallet jacks, technician on-hand processes, inventory maintenance software, RMA portals, Rack Movement.
- Experience with server rack tugs, electric pallet jacks, forklifts.
- Experience with handling and storage of hazardous materials and chemicals.
