Ansvarsområden
- Lead daily logistics operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time material flow.
- Drive performance against key KPIs including Safety, Delivery, Quality, and Cost.
- Coordinate team activities, resources, and shift operations to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes, systems, and workflows.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating when needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving activities.
- Maintain high standards in 5S, safety, and operational excellence.
- Coach, support, and develop logistics team members.
- Collaborate with Production and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree or technical education in Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in logistics, material handling, or manufacturing operations.
- Previous experience leading a team in a supervisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and ERP/WMS systems (SAP is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Driven by continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Förmåner
- Base Monthly Salary (Gross) starts from 2.000 EUR.
- The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job.
- Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
