Ansvarsområden
- Manage supply chain processes to support the core business.
- Ensure best practices are followed for maximum efficiency in all activities.
- Order, track, and report inventory and deliveries.
- Communicate with Product Company on placed and outstanding orders.
- Timely follow-up on order schedules and product delivery appointments.
- Notify customers about shipment delays.
- Take responsibility for custom clearance procedures, B/L checking and amending.
- Coordinate all shipments for all locations.
Krav
- Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Specialist for 3 years.
- Experience in order processing, handling, custom clearance procedures or related field.
- Experience in using SAP system is a plus.
