Tetra Pak's Supply Chain Control Tower EMEA is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage transport planning and execution for PM/AM plants across multiple markets. This role involves ensuring optimal transport flows, resolving issues, and driving operational improvements in service level, cost, and delivery quality.

Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate daily planning and execution processes within the transport cycle, including load & dispatch planning, freight offer & scheduling, yard and load management checking, and tracking (visibility) and exception management.
  • Ensure optimal transport flows from suppliers and deliveries to customers.
  • Resolve transportation issues and exceptions with local warehouses, customer services, and transportation companies.
  • Ensure track and trace execution within expected service levels by monitoring visibility accuracy and information consistency.
  • Investigate operational failures and cost losses, propose solutions, and lead improvement task teams.
  • Manage transportation in the region, collaborating with Warehouse, Planning, and Customer Service to ensure high-quality logistics service.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Commerce, Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
  • Analytical, inquiring mindset with good stakeholder management, communication, and planning skills.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
  • Experience leading Transport Operations in Europe, in all kinds of transport is a plus.
  • Experience in Supply Chain area is a plus.
